I also have a passion for helping people and making people feel better in a variety of ways. The medical field would be an amazing step for me because I think I can succeed in that career.

One of my main goals in life is to make my parents so proud that they don’t have to worry about me anymore. I have experienced a lot of things in life that have prepared me mentally and physically for college. I have been through many obstacles and many challenges, and I honestly think I wouldn’t be the same if they didn’t happen. It always rains before the sun comes out, and that is a perfect way to describe my life. I have always surrounded myself with people who strive to reach their goals because, in reality, that drive rubs off on me.

Looking up to people is also one of the ways that I have found a passion in life. My great teacher Marie has inspired me to be great in every way possible and not give up. She is the greatest example that anything is possible when you are committed, and that is how I look at these next 4 years of college.

In conclusion, life is only hard if you put yourself in hard positions. Everything that you consider a mistake should be taken as a lesson. College is my next step, and I really see myself enjoying my 4 years. Taking another big step after college—whether it’s with baseball, business, or medicine—I will follow my passion. I am looking forward to this next stage in life and really excited to see what college has in store for me!
